Deadlines for submission of information

Stakeholders’ submissions should be sent to uprsubmissions@ohchr.org.

Submissions in relation to the 16 countries scheduled to be reviewed at the fifth session of the Working Group on the UPR (4 - 15 May 2009) should be sent to the above-indicated address by:

• 3 November 2008 for submissions on Central African Republic, Chad, Comororos, Congo, Vanuatu, Viet Nam, Yemen and Afghanistan; and
• 10 November 2008 for submissions on Uruguay, Belize, Chile, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Slovakia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

Submissions in relation to the 16 countries scheduled to be reviewed at the sixth session of the Working Group on the UPR (30 November - 11 December 2009) should be sent to the above-indicated address by:

• 14 April 2009 for submissions on Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam and Cambodia; and
• 20 April 2009 for submissions on Cyprus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Norway, Portugal and Albania.

Submissions in relation to the 16 countries scheduled to be reviewed at the seventh session of the Working Group on the UPR (February 2010) should be sent to the above-indicated address by:

• 1 September 2009 for submissions on Angola, Egypt, Madagascar, Gambia, Qatar, Fiji, Iran, Iraq; and
• 8 September 2009 for submissions on Kazakhstan, Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Italy, San Marino, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Submissions in relation to the 16 countries scheduled to be reviewed at the eighth session of the Working Group on the UPR (May 2010) should be sent to the above-indicated address by:

• 2 November 2009 for submissions on Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lao PDR; and
• 9 November 2009 for submissions on Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Armenia, Belarus.

Submissions in relation to the 16 countries scheduled to be reviewed at the ninth session of the Working Group on the UPR (December 2010) should be sent to the above-indicated address by:

• 12 April 2010 for submissions on Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Malawi, Mauritania, Lebanon, Maldives, Marshal Islands, Micronesia; and
• 19 April 2010 for submissions on Mongolia, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, United States of America, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia.

"Please note that the page limit for submissions is 5 pages when submitted by individual stakeholders, and 10 pages when submitted by large coalitions of stakeholders."

"Please note that all UPR submissions must be submitted and received by 12.00 pm Geneva time (CET) on the day of the given deadline. Late Submissions will not be considered"
