Registration and logistics
Registration for the 2013 Forum will be possible until 22 November 2013. Please click here for the online system and consult the instructions in English, French and Spanish.
Participants are requested to register early and are encouraged to limit the size of their delegation due to capacity constraints.
There is no charge for participation in the Forum. Individuals who already possess a valid grounds pass to enter the United Nations premises in Geneva will also be required to register via the online registration link. Information about requirements for gaining entry to the United Nations premises during the dates of the Forum will be posted after registration opens. Following registration, participants will receive a confirmation of the acceptance of their registration.
Kindly note that all travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participants, and that the Forum Secretariat is unable to assist with any arrangements for travel or participants’ stay in Geneva. Click here for hotels with United Nations rates.

Access for Forum participants -- due to VERY HIGH number of registered participants, please arrive early to pick up your badge (UN Pregny Gate for badges is now exceptionally OPEN ON SUNDAY from 14.00 to 18.00). You can pick up your badge as follows:
