Apply for a market place “stand/table”
To further facilitate informal exchanges and promote dialogue, the Forum provides a “market place” in the public space outside Room XX. Registered organizations wishing to showcase information, tools and materials to other participants during the three days of the Forum may apply for a stand/table.
Allocation of stands/tables is subject to availability.
If you wish to apply for a stand/table, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and cc
email@example.com (subject line: “Application for a stand/table (market place)”) stating:
- Your name
- Your organisation/company
- Contact email & telephone number
- Details about the materials you wish to present/disseminate at the stand
NB: Material showcased in the market place should not single out any one country, organization or company.
Only dissemination of publicly available material will be permitted, and promotion of commercial advisory services will not be accepted.
