Guiding principles on foreign debt and human rights

In June 2012, the Independent Expert submitted the final text of the Guiding principles on foreign debt and human rights to the Human Rights Council.

Visit to Latvia (May 2012)

The Independent Expert conducted a fact-finding mission to Latvia from 14 to 18 May 2012. A full report on his visit will be submitted to the UN Human Rights Council in June 2013. For more information about the visit, check the full end-of-mission statement
