Country Visits
In accordance with the Resolution of the Human Rights Council the Special Rapporteur is mandated to carry out field missions with a view to assisting the Governments concerned in finding appropriate solutions to deal with the environmentally sound management and disposal of hazardous substances and waste. Reports on the missions are presented to the sessions of the Human Rights Council as addenda to the main annual reports.
