OHCHR study to the Human Rights Council on migrants in transit


In its resolution 29/2 the Human Rights Council requested to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to submit to the Human Rights Council before its thirty-first session a study on the situation of migrants in transit, including unaccompanied children and adolescents, as well as women and girls, in consultation with States and other relevant stakeholders, including regional organizations, civil society organizations and national human rights institutions.

Written submissions for OHCHR Study:

Written submissions were received from States, intergovernmental and civil society organizations in response to a note verbale from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human rights (OHCHR) requesting information for the preparation of this study.
