Annual reports

Annually, the Special Rapporteur reports to the Human Rights Council. In his report, the Special Rapporteur informs the Council of the country visits he has undertaken, the communications he has sent, and other activities undertaken. Furthermore, the Special Rapporteur formulates specific recommendations on a chosen topic, with a view to enhancing the protection of the human rights of migrants. The Special Rapporteur also presents annual reports to the General Assembly.
