In accordance with the arrangements adopted by the General Assembly when the Fund was established, the Secretary-General reports annually to the General Assembly and to the Human Rights Council on the activities of the Fund and its Board of Trustees.
The latest reports by the Secretary-General are the reports to the General Assembly (A/62/189) and to the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/4/66). Until 2006, the Secretary-General reported on the activities of the Fund also to the UN Commission on Human Rights.
