The Secretariat of the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture launched in 2008 an on-line system to allow organizations to submit applications for funding and reports on the use of grants.
The on-line system is regularly updated in order to respond to the needs of our grantees and to be the best possible interface between them and the Secretariat.
