Report on combatting glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance

Background

The Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, is requested to present, pursuant to General Assembly resolution A/RES/70/139 of 17 December 2015 entitled "Combatting glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance" a report to the General Assembly and to the Human Rights Council on the implementation of the present resolution based on the views and inputs collected from States, international organizations, National Human Rights Institutions and civil society organizations.

Call for inputs

In accordance with the present resolution, the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance would appreciate receiving views pertaining to the issue raised in this resolution, by 31 May 2016.
