The grants cycle

Requests for funding should be submitted following the Guidelines of the Fund. Applications are received by 31st May every year to be considered by the Board of Trustees in November -December.

During the session, the Board reviews the narrative and financial reports on the use of previous grants, adopts recommendations on applications for new grants, meets with donors and adopts other relevant recommendations on the activities of the Fund. Grants awarded in December will be used during the following year.

Reporting framework for NGOs funded by the Voluntary Fund

Upon receipt of the grant, beneficiaries are requested to fill in and sign the receipt form and the banking form

Beneficiaries are requested to submit mid-year Narrative and Financial reports on the use of their grants 6 months after receipt of payment and final Narrative and Financial reports on the use of their grants one month after the project completion.
