Commission on the Status of Women (CSW)

The 57th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) will take place at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 4 to 15 March 2013. This year the session will focus on the Elimination and prevention of all forms of violence against women and girls.

The Special Rapporteur on violence against women, Ms. Rashida Manjoo, will participate in a number of activities and high-level panels during this year’s session. She will also convene the following side events:
