Eventos paralelos y stands

La fecha límite para eventos cerrada y no se aceptará ninguna otra propuesta.

Las decisiones sobre los eventos paralelos se tomarán sobre la base de la disponibilidad, la pertinencia del tema propuesto en relación con el mandato del Foro y la necesidad de mantener un equilibrio entre todos los interesados. Los participantes que propongan la celebración de eventos paralelos serán los encargados de organizar toda la logística de dichos eventos.

Para facilitar las conversaciones informales y fomentar el diálogo, los participantes pueden solicitar un espacio para colocar mesas o stands fuera de las salas de reuniones (un “mercado” de información e ideas). Los participantes que deseen aprovechar esta oportunidad para presentar información, herramientas y materiales durante el Foro deberán enviar una solicitud una vez que se haya confirmado su participación en el Foro por parte de la secretaría de este. La asignación de mesas y stands está sujeta a disponibilidad.

Las solicitudes para eventos y stands deberán estar claramente identificadas y enviarse a: forumbhr@ohchr.org.
