The Human Rights Council Advisory Committee will hold its 20th session from 19 to 23 February 2018 in Room XX (Room 20), Palais des Nations, United Nations Office at Geneva, Switzerland.
Accreditation and issuance of badges
Requests for accreditation should be made
online through the platform below to the Secretariat of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee as from 15 January 2018. Please allow three working days for your request to be processed.
Online request for accreditation:
Representatives in possession of a grounds pass issued by the Security and Safety Section of the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) or United Nations Headquarters in New York (UNHQ) will have unrestricted access to conference rooms. However, they should announce themselves to the Secretariat by official letter.
Representatives without a UNOG or UNHQ identification badge should apply through the online platform and, upon presentation of identification and a copy of the confirmation email/e-ticket, a photo-badge valid for the session will be issued at the "Pregny Gate" security entrance.

Access to the public gallery
A limited number of seats in the public gallery, above the Conference Room XX, are available for persons wishing to observe the proceedings of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee without being accredited as participants (i.e. students, and academics). Access to the public gallery will be granted to individuals or groups depending on the availability of seating and other circumstances.

The organizer of the parallel event is requested to provide the Secretariat with a complete list of its guests on the
Badge request form, two working days prior to the meeting. After this, no further changes will be accepted. The list should be
accompanied by the official, signed letter requesting accreditation.
