Third session of the Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law on “Equal access to justice for all: a necessary element of democracy, rule of law and human rights protection”
The third session of the Forum will be held on 16-17 November 2021. In accordance with resolution
40/9, adopted on 5 March 2019 the theme of the third session of the Forum is “Access to justice for all: a necessary element of democracy, rule of law and human rights protection”.
Ms. Jan Beagle, Director General of the International Development Law organisation, was appointed Chairperson of the third session of the Forum.
The third session of the Forum was to be held on 26 and 27 November 2020, but did not take place owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. See the Note from the Secretariat
