Annual thematic reports of the Independent Expert on foreign debt

The Independent Expert submits annual thematic reports to the Human Rights Council (HRC) and to the General Assembly (GA). Thematic reports document the Independent Expert’s findings on particular topics and provide guidance and recommendations for UN Member States, civil society organisations and other stakeholders.
