Study on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in Disaster Risk Reduction, Prevention, and Preparedness Initiatives

The Human Rights Council requested the Expert Mechanism to carry out a study on the promotion and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples in disaster risk reduction, prevention and preparedness initiatives, to be presented to the Council at its 27th session (September 2014).
