HUMAN RIGHTS DAY 2004 - Activities in the Field: Eritrea-Ethiopia (UNMEE)

  • 2 major activities will be organized in Asmara and Addis Ababa gathering deaf and disabled children
    (drawing contest and poetry) in cooperation with Asmara School for Deaf, UNICEF ( Asmara), UNESCO
    (Addis Ababa) and OHCHR/Regional Office in Addis Ababa.

  • The 4 Regional Offices will be conducting various workshops and promotional activities focusing on Human Rights education. 1000 T-shirts with: "Education for All; Promote Human Rights; Let's Growth with Human Rights; Human Rights = Rights For All" will be distributed.
