In the present report, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights describes the human rights situation and the activities of her office in Honduras from 1 January to 31 December 2020.

She highlights key areas of progress and challenges in the promotion and protection of human rights, focusing in particular on populations in vulnerable situations and the impact on human rights of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and of Hurricanes Eta and Iota.

The report concludes with recommendations to various State institutions.
