Summary

Pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 27/12, the present report provides an overview of action undertaken at the national level as of January 2015 in the context of the third phase (2015-2019) of the World Programme for Human Rights Education. The present report summarizes information received from 20 States and 18 national human rights institutions from a total of 36 countries and draws some conclusions for furthering human rights education and training.
