The ability of individuals to complain about the violation of their rights in an international arena brings real meaning to the rights contained in the human rights treaties.
Online submission form
Complaints addressed to one of the treaty bodies should be submitted using the online submission form.
Postal version of the form
If you wish to file a complaint to the treaty bodies but cannot use the online submission portal, you may instead use the following printable Word version of the online complaint form.
Please send the completed form to the postal address below, explaining why you are submitting it by post. Complaints sent by post take longer to process.
Please note that the following address only receives individual complaints addressed to the treaty bodies.
