From July to October 2023, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is holding online regional consultations to seek comments and discuss on its draft general recommendation No. 37 on racial discrimination in the enjoyment of the right to health. This direct exchange between members of the Committee and actors from various regions, including civil society and grassroots organizations, national human rights institutions, practitioners, and experts will be an opportunity to engage in the process of drafting the general recommendation in order to ensure an inclusive and holistic approach.
