Guidance documents
Working Group on discrimination against women and girls
Since 2017, the Working Group has been issuing position papers which have been turned into guidance documents since 2023. Through the elaboration of these guidance documents, the Working Group aims at contributing to conceptual clarity and setting standards on selected areas affecting the enjoyment of women’s and girls’ rights where there may be misunderstanding, misconception, misperception or underdeveloped interpretation of standards.
